Booking: A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your date. Booking details, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be outlined in your contract.
Payment: Final payment is due on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include [Invoice, Venmo, or Zelle].
Retainer Fees: Retainers are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the photographer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least [X] days’ notice. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session based on availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, videos, and other content produced by Chelsey Wise Photography are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, editing, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: Clients agree to follow reasonable instructions from the photographer during their session to achieve the best results. Late arrivals, failure to cooperate, or limited participation may impact the final outcome.
Model Release: Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant Chelsey Wise Photography permission to use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality service, Chelsey Wise Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
